25 Years Mastering the Arts of Italian Cuisine, Gelato Making, and Coffee Roasting
Having grown up in a family-operated coffee roasting and gelato manufacturing business as well as successful Italian restaurant, Angelo’s focus remains on sourcing the highest quality ingredients and providing the highest level of customer service possible. Whether through food-service establishments, roasting fine coffees, manufacturing gelato or consulting to the food-service industry, he strives for quality. Angelo feels blessed that he gets to wake up and love what he does each day!
20 Years Making Massa the Best It Could Possibly Be
As operations manager of Massa, Giovanna plans and coordinates all internal operations. This includes daily responsibilities of improving performance and profitability. She has nearly 20 years of experience implementing effective methods and strategies like book-keeping and scheduling, examining financial data/statements, contributing to day-to-day success of operations, and recruiting, training and supervising the human resources department.
